You Won't Even Know Where They Are - Plea Bargain No Sex Offenders' List

In a Plea Bargain, you let criminals back on the street before the Law says they should be. Now when you can plea down three first degree sexual batteries, false imprisonment, battery strike, down to a single third degree battery only, with NO SEX OFFENDERS LIST - you don't even warn society of their danger. No defense attorney will let their client plead guilty to a felony charge when facing the court for a rape they didn't do. Rape is the hardest crime to prove and defense 101 will teach you, if your client is innocent, then let them go to court. But when they are guilty - they know how to play the system. The Prosecutor gets a free win, the court saves time and gets money with probations, the law enforcement get an arrest or two that lead to a conviction, the defense lawyers get lots of money for getting 20 to 30 years shaved off their clients (deserved) sentencing, the rapists get to go home and not be called rapists on an offenders list, the Victim - gets revictimized!!!!!

The sentencing laws are for a reason and the law has set sentencing guidelines for the incarceration and registration for violent rapists. Plea bargaining puts them back into society before they had long enough to change.

The link above, "Society Loss/ Society Gain" is to show you what the State Attorneys Office does for society when giving plea bargains to Violent Criminals with false charges for less jail time and no Sex Offender's Registry for the heinous crime of sexual battery by multiple perpetrators they actually committed on an innocent citizen. One of the perpetrators in her case actually committed a hit and run and the witness stated he appeared intoxicated and offered money to make it go away---while on bond for raping her. What makes you think probation is going to keep them from committing more crimes. Look at this link above and you will see they are no strangers to crime, they are just strangers to punishment for those crimes, and these are only the ones they were caught committing.

It is a known surveyed fact, when you drop the rape charges down to a non-sexual charge, the rapists believe they can get away with it and are more likely to do it again. The victim is given a kick in the gut for ever even reporting it. Since there was a victim before me, they have already done it again. They really should have gone to prison. They may have to heighten the thrill and kill the next victim instead of taking a chance of getting a prosecutor that cares for the victim.
